Shipping & Returns


We only ship in the USA and are not able to ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. This applies to warranty claims as well as replacement part orders. Please note that order quantities may be limited per the discretion of Summer®.


Orders ship from Riverside, CA and you can expect delivery within 7-10 business days.  

For replacement part orders, there is a $5.99 fee for FedEx Ground shipping, 

We process all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Additional processing and shipping delays are possible due to weather events or holiday order volume. At this time, we do not offer shipping to international addresses or to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

For most orders through Summer®, you can request a new delivery time, hold your package at a FedEx location, sign for your package in advance, provide specific delivery instructions or request a vacation hold. To begin managing your orders, click here to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.

We offer a 30 day return policy for all items ordered through Summer®. Consumers are responsible for the return shipping back to Summer®. All returns are refunded back to the original card used for purchase.
